The model combines a reliable petrol engine, robust construction, and adaptability to different working conditions, making it suitable for both primary soil preparation and more precise cultivation tasks.
The tiller is equipped with a petrol engine with a displacement of 139 cm³ and an output of 2.4 kW (3.22 hp), delivering sufficient torque and stable performance when working with various soil types. The engine reaches a maximum speed of 3000 min⁻¹, while the manual recoil starter ensures easy and reliable starting.
One of the key advantages of the Raider RD-ST17 is its adjustable tilling width of 360 or 600 mm. At a width of 600 mm, the machine allows fast and efficient cultivation of larger areas, reducing the number of passes and saving time and effort.
When set to a reduced working width of 360 mm, the tiller is ideal for narrow and hard-to-reach areas such as between rows, around fences, walls, curbs, trees, and inside greenhouses. The narrower working width provides better control, higher precision, and easier maneuverability without the risk of damaging already planted areas or crops.
The tilling depth can be adjusted between 150 and 260 mm, allowing the machine to be adapted to different soil conditions and specific tasks – from shallow cultivation to deeper soil loosening.
