We are ambitious and continue to grow and we are looking to hire motivated professional for the position of Purchasing Specialist
Obligations:
• Purchase all the necessary products and spares parts from the main suppliers of the company;
• Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels;
• Track and optimize orders, movement of goods and transport from suppliers to the warehouse;
• Manage the article master data records;
• Prepare all necessary documentation and information related to the import;
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing;
• Communication with internal and external parties on a daily basis;
• Process requisitions and update management on status of orders;
• Analyze demand trends and supporting senior management in forecasting;
• Prepare regular reports and analyses.
